- Total exemption full accounts, unaudited, authorised 27 March 2026 and filed 30 March 2026.
- No profit and loss account is published, so turnover, staff costs, player wages and loss before tax are gaps in every year, not figures the desk failed to find.
- The headcount is one combined figure with no split between players and other staff.
- Accrued liabilities and deferred income of 648,282 is a quarter of the creditors due within a year. The accounts do not split accruals from deferred income, so how much is money already taken for season tickets and sponsorship, discharged by playing matches rather than by paying cash, is not on the record.
- Called up share capital moved 230 pounds in the year and there is no share premium reserve, so no new equity funded the widening: the whole 915,007 was absorbed inside what the club owes.
- Note 11: the director provided an unsecured, interest free loan repayable on demand. 1,175,000 was owed to company directors at 30 June 2025, against 280,000 a year earlier. That 895,000 rise is almost the whole 915,007 by which the deficit widened.
- Going concern, policy 2.2: 'The company is reliant upon the ongoing support of the director and have not received any indication that such support will not continue.'
- The directors' report, signed by H M Jenkins, gives an operating loss of around 760,000 including an historical bad debt write off, income 400,000 down on the previous season, total salaries including the academy above 2.5m and 120,000 spent on loan players. These are round figures in a narrative report, not audited profit and loss figures, and are not comparable with the other three clubs' filed staff costs.
- Note 10: bank loans of 85,506, against 20,753, are secured over the company's assets and interest bearing.
- The 12,657 intangible is capitalised player registrations under policy 2.10, not goodwill; the filer's software tagged it d:Goodwill. The company carried 13,125 of the same asset at 30 June 2023.
Every figure is what the filing states. Figures the accounts do not give are absent rather than estimated, and the year end is shown because two clubs' accounts do not always close on the same day. The filing history at Companies House.
