People who have used urgent and emergency care at the Grange University Hospital are being invited to share their experiences with Llais, the independent patient voice body. Aneurin Bevan University Health Board’s announcement says the feedback will help identify what is working well and where improvements are needed. The survey is anonymous, and respondents do not have to include information that identifies them.
