The Ospreys have appointed The Secret Hospitality Group as their hospitality and catering partner at St Helen’s in Swansea, alongside the launch of a new marquee called The Aviary. The club’s announcement on Tuesday 20 October confirms that the group will oversee hospitality catering. It will also work with the Ospreys and local partners on food options in the fan zone.

A bookable venue beyond matchdays

The Ospreys’ linked Aviary page says the venue is bookable now for conference dinners, celebrations, weddings and parties. It lists seating for up to 220, an integrated bar and catering from The Secret. The marquee hosts the club’s Premier Club package on matchdays and is offered as a standalone private-hire space beyond fixtures. Enquiries are directed to the Ospreys. The pages do not publish a universal hire price, so customers need to check availability, the event layout and the terms of the relevant package with the club.

What the catering agreement covers

The Secret Hospitality Group’s six Swansea Bay venues are named in the announcement as Ula, ROK, The Secret, The Lighthouse, Salt and Verdi’s. The group will now provide hospitality catering at the ground. The club says the partners intend to bring more choice to the fan zone, but the release does not name a full stall line-up, set out menus or give individual opening times. It also does not disclose the contract’s value, length or a number of new jobs. The useful confirmed change for supporters and event organisers is who will provide the hospitality catering, and the new private-hire option.
