Eight-try Wales sweep past South Africa in 50-19 win
Wales scored eight tries in a 50-19 win over South Africa at Cardiff Arms Park, opening the WXV Global Series campaign with a second victory under head coach Sean Lynn.

Courtney Keight opened the scoring after 11 phases and Freya Bell converted. Sisilia Tuipulotu added the second before the 10-minute mark, giving Wales a 14-0 start.
Six tries before half-time
South Africa answered through scrum-half Felicia Jacobs, but Wales immediately regained control. Amy Williams chased Lisa Neumann's kick and was stopped just short, leaving Seren Lockwood room to score the third try.
Maisie Davies, Kelsey Jones and Neumann then crossed as Wales reached half-time 38-5 ahead. The six first-half tries came despite Lockwood leaving the field early with an injury. The official report did not give a diagnosis.
Tuipulotu scores twice
Tuipulotu crossed again after the interval for a second try. South Africa produced the visitors' strongest spell through tries by Maria Tshiremba and Maceala Samboya, but Alex Callender completed Wales's scoring after a carry by Williams.
South Africa played most of the second half with 14 players after Danelle Lochner's yellow card was upgraded to red shortly before half-time. Lindelwa Gwala had also been shown yellow earlier in the first half.
New combinations make an impact
The win came with three notable changes in the Welsh back line. Williams won her first cap, Bell made her first start and Keira Bevan started at fly-half for Wales for the first time. World Rugby highlighted Bevan's control of the attack and the contributions of Williams, Callender, Tuipulotu and Neumann.
