Who is back
Harry Wilson, Joe Rodon and Karl Darlow return after being unavailable for the four-match window across September and October. Goalkeeper Joe Duncan, on loan at Southend United from Bristol City, has his first senior call-up.
What is at stake
Cymru are third in their League A group with two games left, after a 2-1 win over Norway in Cardiff last month, with goals from Dan James and Neco Williams, the first League A win in the country's history. They lost 1-0 to Portugal in Lisbon in the opening match.
A top-two finish sends Cymru to the quarter-finals in March 2027, with the finals in June. Third place means a relegation play-off against a League B side in March. Finishing bottom brings either a play-off or direct relegation, depending on ranking against the other League A groups. The FAW says Cymru can still finish second, third or fourth.
The fixtures
Kick-off at the Ullevaal Stadium in Oslo is 5pm GMT. Portugal at Cardiff City Stadium kicks off at 7.45pm and the FAW says it is a sell-out.
