Baby Brave announce four-band Wrexham show for debut album launch

Wrexham band Baby Brave will launch their debut album, Sugar to the Tongue, at The Rockin’ Chair on Friday 9 October, with three other local bands on the bill. Groom The Giant, Fleece and Roadside Assistance will join the indie-pop group for the hometown show. Doors open at 7pm, with the first band due at 7.30pm. Tickets are advertised at £7.50 plus a booking fee and the event is for ages 14 and over.

An album three years in the making

Singer and guitarist Emmi Manteau says the record took three years to make and that the group wanted to mark its release with the Wrexham music community that supported it. The band plans to perform the album in full. Vinyl copies will be available at the launch, according to the announcement published by Wrexham Council on behalf of Wrecsam2029.
