New Quay Surgery to keep GP services until 31 March 2027
Patients registered with New Quay Surgery will continue to receive GP services as normal until 31 March 2027, Hywel Dda University Health Board has confirmed.

The temporary assurance follows the GP partners' resignation of the practice's General Medical Services contract. The health board is now considering options for providing services to the New Quay population after March. It has not yet announced the longer-term arrangement.
Patients should remain registered
The surgery is open as normal and patients are being asked to remain registered with the practice. Appointments and other GP services continue through the surgery while the review takes place.
The health board said it will write to every registered patient with further information. It also intends to capture patients' views while it works through the options.
