Wrexham fans can now withdraw ticket-exchange credit as cash

Wrexham season-ticket holders can now request cash back from ticket-exchange sales instead of keeping the credit for a future season ticket. The change applies for 2026/27, following supporter feedback to the club.

Who qualifies
A seat must sell before any credit is earned. When another supporter buys it through the exchange, the original holder receives credit worth 1/23rd of their season-ticket price. Listing a seat alone does not qualify for a refund.
How to claim
To withdraw available credit, sign in to the club’s online eTicketing service and choose Account Cashback under Account Management. Wrexham says the money is returned to the holder’s card and can take up to five working days. Credit belongs to individual accounts, so each account must be accessed separately.
Cash now or credit for renewal
Keeping the credit towards renewal remains an option, but it must be used during the 2027/28 renewal window or it will be lost. Previously, exchange credit could only go towards future season-ticket purchases.
Before listing a seat
An unsold ticket can be removed from the exchange until two hours before kick-off. Once withdrawn, it can be forwarded or upgraded. The club can switch the exchange on or off for particular fixtures according to demand and operational needs.
