Wrexham AFC Women and Swansea City Women both reached the quarter-finals of the Genero Adran Trophy on Sunday, the clubs said.

Wrexham 5-0 at Llanfair

Wrexham won 5-0 at Llanfair United on what the club called a difficult pitch. Liv Fuller and Evie Sadler scored two each and Mariam Mahmood added her first goal of the campaign. Fuller broke the deadlock after 19 minutes, running onto a Mahmood pass and finishing into the bottom corner. She later hit the post before the break. Ten minutes into the second half, Millie Davies took a quick free kick to find Mahmood, who rounded the keeper and scored. Four minutes later Fuller turned and shot into the far corner for 3-0. Sadler scored twice in stoppage time, first after a goalmouth scramble and then, two minutes later, with a strike across goal after Faye Knox played her through.

Swansea 1-0 Barry

Swansea City Women beat Barry Town United 1-0 at the ThermaGlaze Ground. Maisie Miller scored her first goal of the season five minutes into the second half, curling a shot past Barry goalkeeper Molly Arnesen. Miller had earlier seen a goal ruled out because the ball went directly into the net from an indirect drop ball, and captain Jess Williams had one disallowed for offside in first-half stoppage time. Arnesen kept the margin to one goal with late saves from Monet Legall and Annabel Stokes.
